Leasing Agent (LIHTC, RD, & Market): Facilitates leasing activities, matching tenants with appropriate units. Ensures compliance with LIHTC, RD, and market-rate leasing guidelines. Maintains and updates lease documentation.

Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager (LIHTC, RD, & Market): Assists the Property Manager in daily operations and tenant issues. Ensures adherence to LIHTC, RD, and market-rate regulations. Supports in financial tracking and reporting.

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Tech: Conducts routine property maintenance and repairs. Ensures facilities remain in optimal working condition. Collaborates with a team to address tenant maintenance requests.

Property Accountant

Property Accountant: Manages property financial records and budgeting. Ensures timely and accurate reporting. Collaborates closely with management on financial planning.

Regional Supervisor

Regional Supervisor: Manages multiple properties within a designated region. Ensures operational consistency and tenant satisfaction across properties. Provides guidance and support to property managers.

Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist: Manages outgoing payments and vendor relations. Ensures timely processing of bills and maintains financial records. Collaborates with accounting teams for reconciliation.

Head Maintenance Technician

Head Maintenance Tech: Leads the property maintenance team in tasks and projects. Oversees larger repairs and facility improvements. Provides guidance and support to junior technicians.

Compliance Specialist

Compliance Specialist: Monitors properties for regulatory adherence. Conducts compliance audits and reports findings. Stays updated on changes in housing regulations.
