Las Villas de Leon participates in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, which is an affordable housing program designed for individuals and families on a fixed or limited income.

The benefit to Residents living at Las Villas is you will live in a luxury apartment home paying rent lower than the San Antonio area market rate.

DIFFERENCE FROM OTHER HOUSING PROGRAMS

This program is NOT a subsidized housing program. Each Resident is responsible for the full amount of rent each month. The rental amount is NOT based on your individual household income, rather it is based on the pre-set income limits in the area.

INCOME ELIGIBILITY

To be income eligible, your total household income, including income from your assets, must be less than or equal to the pre-set income limit for the area.

3 People Maximum Income	$32,400*
4 People Maximum Income	$35,940*
